9 - 9:45 AM: Preparing and trying the Adversary Hearing & Contested Permanency Hearings - Sam Martinez, J.D. and John H. McLeod, J.D. (.75 hr)

9:45- 10:15: Discovery & Pretrial Motions - Julie Pennington, J.D. (.5 hr.)

10:15- 10:30 AM: Break

10:30- 11:00 AM: Preparing for Trial /Trial Binders/Client prep- Michelle Latray, J.D. (.5 hr.)

11 - 11:45 AM:  Voir Dire - Fred Medina, J.D. (.75 hr.)

11:45-12:15PM: Lunch break (Lunch provided)

12:15- 1:45PM: Judicial Panel - Judge Mundkowsky, Judge Dallas Sims, Judge Cornish, and Judge Mabray- (1.5 hrs, .5 hr. ethics.)

1:45- 2:30PM:   Opening/Closing/Theme of Case - Fred Medina, J.D. (.75 hr).
2:30- 2:45PM:  Break
2:45- 3:30PM:  Direct/Cross  Examination- Al Greene J.D. (.75 hr.)

3:30-4:15: Jury Charges/Preserving The Record for Appeal - Julia C. Hatcher, J.D. (.75 Hr.)
